The International Institute of Professional Studies (IIPS) is a technical education school in Indore, India. The institute is situated in the Takshila Campus of Devi Ahilya University. It was founded in 1992.
IIPS is a department of Devi Ahilya University and is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education. The institute provides curriculum with flexibility to allow students to tailor their education to meet their professional and personal needs.
The institute has been placed in the 'A' category and ranked 24th overall in the Business Standard Survey of best B Schools of India.

The institute has members of faculty on both permanent as well as contract basis as the other autonomous institutes are having with them.
The institute offers many programs, including undergraduate, postgraduate, and integrated programs.
Xpressions is an annual event to incorporate the finer aspects of team building, co-ordination, time management, effectiveness and efficiency. It aims to stimulate minds in pursuit of knowledge by exposing them to recent advancements in technological and managerial world. The two-day event is filled with fun and frolic in almost all the fields of professional world. It is an effort to fuse the practical aspects with a lot of knowledge generation. Various aspects of practical skills are being emphasized like decision making, presentation, creative, technical, people oriented, organizational, team-oriented skills etc. The event contain games from different fields like Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Technical, Informal games Dance etc.
Synergy is a sports event. Here everyone can play and bring out their qualities. Here the students of all courses come together and enjoy different competitions. Synergy is a 3-day event organized by a committee formed by the senior students of IIPS.
IIPS, in its endeavor to promote industry institute interface, has signed a MOU with Young Indians, a venture promoted by Confederation of Indian Industries (CII). The student members of this group undertake specific projects that may be social or commercial in nature. The entrepreneurs and managers from the city, who are members of CII help these students carry out their projects. The students have undertaken a few projects, which have been acclaimed by the academicians as well as industry. Some of these are still in progress. Few of them are listed herein:
The Development Center is an exclusive facility for the IIPS students where they get a chance to enhance their skills by developing software for various government organizations in central India. The software is completely developed by the students. All the new recruits in DC are taught by the senior students already working there.
Some of the projects undertook by DC are the Computerization of the Building Permission Department of Indore Municipal Corporation, M.Y.Hospital and the Computerization of various police stations in Central India.
